We have been focused on garden spaces for over 20 years providing a worry free complete turnkey service for all accommodation projects, no matter whether for young or old. Our family operation will work directly with you from your initial enquiry, through the design, up until the moment we hand over the keys. We have expertise to advise on planning requirements and building control, offer tailor-made solutions on design and manage all aspects of your project every step of the way.
Planning Permission
We are able to handle all planning applications if requred. Including conservation areas, tree & ecological surveys
Building Control
Working side by side with a building inspector your building will be fully compliant
Design
Select either a one or two-bedroom options or speak yo us about a bespoke design
Manufacture & Installation
We will work closly with you every step of the way through the manufacture and installation
Foundations
We offer a wide variety of options for the base of your annexe or will work with your own contractor
Electrics
Heating, lighting & all power points are included and designed to your specification.
Interior
Plastered walls will be spray painted to your chosen spec. Inluding feature rafters and finished flooring

Choose either traditional spray painted feathered cladding or natural Larch
